However, learned counsel for the appellant informs that said FAO No.3784 of 2004 has no link with present appeal i.e. FAO No.5507 of 2004. In view of the aforesaid informa1on as supplied by learned counsel for the appellant, the file of FAO No.3784 of 2004 is de-linked from the present appeal which already stands disposed of.

As far as the present appeal i.e. FAO No.5507 of 2004 is concerned, the same was filed through Mr. Jitender Dhanda, Advocate. Nobody is pu8ng in appearance on behalf of the said appellant ever since the appeal was listed on 24.07.2025. It is despite the fact that Mr. Jitender Dhanda, Advocate was duly informed through his e-mail, as reported by the Registry. It appears that appellant of FAO No.5507 of 2004 is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
