ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.110 dated 13.08.2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC (Section 325 and 326 IPC added later) at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 11.10.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Buta Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
