On 27.03.2026, this Court passed the following order: "The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking restoration of electricity connection which has been disconnected on 20.02.2026.

The petitioner is domestic electricity consumer having connection No.3935303525. The respondents disconnected his electricity supply on 20.02.2026 without any notice or opportunity of hearing. They have disconnected his electricity supply on the ground that dues are pending against another electricity connection bearing No.5072707117 installed at a shop which since 2008 is in the possession of one Krishan Kumar. Dispute with respect to said shop is sub judice before this Court. He filed civil suit against the respondent before learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gurugram which stands withdrawn vide order dated 19.03.2026. He filed CWP No.6810 of 2026 which was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.03.2026.
