RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel has filed in Court the affidavit of ASI Krishan Lal, stating therein that appellant-Sakir had died due to drowning in Yammuna River on 20.10.2011 and his body was not recovered till date. The affidavit is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. In view of the above, the instant appeal stands abated and disposed of as such.
