(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to provide the petitioner with a rural service posting/transferring to a rural area within the districts of Gurugram and Panchkula, in accordance with the instructions issued by respondent no.1 on 14.08.2014, Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 17.03.2025, Annexure P-5, in a specified period. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that the pending representation, dated 17.03.2025, will be decided by respondent no.2-Director General, Higher Education, by passing a speaking/reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks.
