Mr. Parteek Pandit, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. C.S.Brar, DAG, Punjab Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Lakhwinder Singh, submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and have been questioned and neither any recovery is to be made nor required for further investigation and the alleged grievous injury is on non-vital part and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 3.11.2014 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
