(ORAL) Reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State, by way of the affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Div. Bhucho, Bathinda, is already available on the file and the same is taken on the record. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition, while submitting that the petitioner intends to move an application before the trial Court for seeking the relief of regular bail in view of the fact that now, the Challan has been presented.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the withdrawal of this petition.
