Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitionerSourabh Mehta, has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 77 dated 13.06.2018 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Division No. 2, District Pathankot. According to the prosecution, the petitioner has cheated the complainant for `1,00,000/- on the false pretext of getting her job in Postal Department.

In view of the above and considering overall facts and circumstances, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Consequently, petitioner-Sourabh Mehta, is ordered to be released on bail pending trial, on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
