Through this application under Section 24 read with Section 151 CPC, the petitioner-wife prays for transfer of the petition, filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Punjab, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at District Jind, Haryana. It is pleaded that the petitioner is residing at Jind, Haryana and her husband has filed the aforesaid petition in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Punjab, which is more than 100 Kms. away. She is staying with her parents and does not have any independent source of income. It is pleaded that it will not be possible for her to contest the petition at Ludhiana, Punjab. No reply to the petition has been filed by the respondent. In view of the uncontroverted facts, the petition is allowed. The case titled "Dilbag Singh v.
