This is the petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in respect of FIR No.125 dated 08.12.2019 under Section 304-B IPC registered at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the investigation has been completed and the challan has already been submitted but, the charges are yet to be framed and the material witnesses are yet to be examined after the framing of the charges and in case, the petitioner is released at this stage, there is every likelihood of him influencing the trial.
