The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.103, dated 26.08.2022, registered under Sections 386, 120-B and 34 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Kanina, District Mohindergarh. 2.

The petitioner was directed to join the investigtion vide order dated 21.04.2023, however, he had not joined and one more opportunity was sought and granted to join investigation on or before 28.08.2023. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Rajinder Kumar submits that still the petitioner has not joined investigation. 4.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner, even on second call. 5.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
