The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and decide the application dated 11.04.2017 submitted by the petitioner for the issuance of Stage Carriage Permit on the route No.65 from Hissar to Hansi via Satrod Cantt, the subject matter of which has already been discussed in the meeting of the Authority at the helm of the affairs.

The needful in the context of consideration of the application has not been done for which even a legal notice got served by the petitioner upon the competent authority is pending MOHMED ATIK 2023.04.24 21.40 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice is directed to be decided by the competent authority/respondent No.2 in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

In view of nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the legal notice dated 10.03.2022 got issued by the petitioner and to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
