(ORAL ) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.4 dated 4.1.2019, under Sections 365 and 506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Badshahpur, District Gurugram. After arguing for some time, when the Court is not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
