Counsel for the Petitioners submits that arguments in the ROR No.375 of 2020, tiled as 'Inder Singh and another vs. Ram Murti and others', filed before the Financial Commissioner, Department of Revenue, Haryana (Respondent No.16) have since been heard, and in consequence of which, the present Revision Petition has been rendered infructuous. Therefore on instructions of Petitioners, he seeks to withdraw the present Petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant Revision Petition is permitted to be dismissed as withdrawn as having been rendered infructuous.
