JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.490 dated 07.09.2015 under Section 406 IPC, P.S Mani Majra, U.T, Chandigarh.

As per allegations in the FIR, the petitioner has allegedly embezzled a sum of Rs.30,000/-.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Daya Ram, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above, interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court, vide order dated 16.10.2015, is made absolute/confirmed.
