Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.357 dated 23.08.2017 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Indri, District Karnal against the petitioner.

Learned State counsel submitting reply on behalf of the State, contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that cancellation report (Annexure R-1) annexed with the reply, has been prepared in the instant case and would be filed shortly in the Court. The same be filed within 15 days positively, failing which investigating officer shall remain present in Court to explain for delay. Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
