On the instructions of Investigating Officer, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. With the assistance of counsel for the parties, I have gone through the record . The petitioner along with co-accused Mandeep and two others, armed with kirpans, had allegedly trespassed in the office of the complainant, closed the shutter and attacked the complainant and her employees and gave beatings, besides snatching a sum of Rs.40000/- and gold ear rings. The involvement of the petitioner, being a lady, appears to be debatable as the motive attributed to the accused is that there was a dispute regarding salary of co-accused Mandeep. The petitioner is mother of Mandeep. It does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Interim order dated 12.10.

2016 is hereby absolute and she will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that she will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation. She will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case.
