NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State submits that present case should be investigated by Economic Offences Wing under the supervision of senior official of the district police. He would write a letter to the Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, to transfer the investigation of the present case to the Economic Offences Wing, S.A.S. Nagar, for proper investigation under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), S.A.S. Nagar.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition at this stage.

Disposed of accordingly.
