# the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.164 dated 08.09.2010 registered at Police Station Sector 19, Chandigarh under Sections 420/467/468/471/120:B IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners namely Dharaminder Singh and Harinder Singh are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
