**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for directions to the trial Court to order issuance of conditional warrants of arrest against the respondent who has failed to pay the maintenance amount. I have heard both the sides.

No directions can be issued to the Courts below to pass a certain order. It is for the Executing Court to see how the maintenance amount has to be recovered.
