* * * * Counsel for the parties have agreed for an enhancement of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Fifty Thousand Only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal. Let the amount be deposited with the MACT, Panipat within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the Insurance Company. In case the amount is not deposited as stated above, the Insurance Company shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% from the date of order till payment. The amount, if deposited, be paid to the appellants.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
