RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his members from the hands of private respondents no.5 to 11 and not to ask the petitioner to forcibly hand over the possession of the land to the private respondents and to take legal action by way of lodging the FIR against respondents no.5 to 10 and also to recover the wheat of the petitioner which has been forcibly stolen by respondents no.5 to 10.

Counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that though the petitioner approached this Court on earlier occasion also praying for grant of protection and this Court vide order dated 13.01.2023 granted the protection but despite that respondents have taken away forcibly the harvested crop of the petitioner. He submits that though there was an order passed by this Court, the respondents/State have not taken any action against the MEENU 2023.04.27 09:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRWP-3852-2023 -22023:PHHC:058062 respondents/accused. He has submitted that petitioner has also filed a representation, dated 10.04.2023, Annexure P-4, in this regard before respondent No.3, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, however, no action has been taken thereon as yet.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, to look into the representation, dated 10.04.2023, Annexure P-4, and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from today. April 25, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
