This appeal has been filed by appellant/wife challenging judgment and decree dated 08.04.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri whereby petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955(for short the Act) for dissolution of marriage has been allowed.
