Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Sh. Ajay Pal Singh, Ahlmad, Court of Additional District Magistrate, has stated that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 was decided on 30.03.2026 and that the possession of the property would be handed over to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today after following due process of law. 2.
