This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 146 dated 07.08.2017 under section 379 IPC at Police Station Pillukhera.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated September 26, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated September 26, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
