(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent No 4 to 8. Learned State counsel has filed today affidavit dated 03.11.2014 of the petitioners, in which they had submitted that they do no require any protection and are living happily. Their marriage has been accepted by their parents. They do not have any danger to their life.

In view of the affidavit dated 03.11.2014 made on behalf of the petitioners, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
