**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of directions to respondent No.2, the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana District Ludhiana to decide the representation dated 02.04.2024 (Annexure P-7) made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that private respondent i.e. respondent No.4 is extending threats of dire consequences to the petitioner and his family members. He further submits that a representation dated 02.04.2024 (Annexure P-7) has been moved to respondent No.2 in the said regard, however, official respondents have been sitting over his representation and have failed to initiate any action against the private respondents. 3.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition and submits that he would again approach the authorities concerned.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
