Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Kaithal to look into the matter and to dispose off the representation dated 2.6.2021 (Annexure P-2) expeditiousely in accordance with law.
