(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to provide protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no. 4 to 10, who are relatives of petitioner no. 1 and not to interfere in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners.

The petitioner no. 1 is alleged to be major as her date of birth is 29.09.1997 as per the Adhaar Card (Annexure P-1), which shows year of birth as 1997. Date of birth of petitioner No. 2 is stated to be 15.10.1991 as per Adhaar Card (Annexure P-2), which shows year of birth as 1991. The pleaded case of the petitioners is that the petitioners got married on 12.10.2016 and the photographs are appended as Annexure P-3. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 2 is employed as a Driver in S.D. Public School, Hoshiarpur and, therefore, is in a position to support petitioner no. 1. A representation has also been moved before respondent no. 2 (Annexure P-4).
