RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 3 to 5, not to harass the petitioner un-necessarily, without following the provisions of law.

Status report by way of affidavit of Ms. Deepika Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Banga, District SBS Nagar, filed in the Registry is taken on record. Be tagged at the appropriate place. Learned State counsel contends that one Pardeep Kumar @ Puppy, was apprehended with 50 grams of heroin and 100 grams of intoxicant power, who during interrogation named the petitioner as trader of narcotics by purchasing from a Nigerian, namely; KC of Delhi. The aforesaid, Pardeep Kumar @ Puppy, also disclosed that petitioner was using him as a carrier to bring the contraband from Delhi to Punjab on RISHU KATARIA 2019.03.18 18:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
