Petitioner seeks concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the instance of Gurtej Singh alleging that his uncle Sadhu Singh had been residing at London whereas he was in possession of keys of house of his uncle situated in Shiwalik Nagar, Kharar. On 1.10.2015, the petitioner along with Natha Singh, Gulsher Singh and Jagjit Singh, had made an attempt to take the possession of the house from the complainant.

The petitioner, pursuant to the interim order dated 19.10.2015, has already joined investigation. On the instructions of ASI Deep Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation. This petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of

CRM-M-35951-2015 (O&M) arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that he will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
