(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of impugned order dated 15.03.2019 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Ferozepur Jhirka (P-3) vide which the election petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 states that the present petition be dismissed as having become rendered infructuous, as the election took place on 17.01.2016 for the post of Sarpanch and now the tenure of Sarpanch has expired after a period of 05 years. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
