Learned State counsel seeks to place on record short affidavit of Jatinder Singh Khaira, Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga. Same is taken on record. He has referred to same and submits that a cancellation report has been prepared and has been accepted by the court on 15.05.2015.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
