SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 11.01.2001 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned JMIC, Samana, whereby petitioner has been declared Proclaimed Offender. Vide order dated 20.04.2024, the petitioner had undertaken before this Court that he will serve the public cause by delivery of Jaundice Detector Bilrubinometer and Urometer 120 Urine Analyzer to Government Civil Hospital, Patran against which a receipt has been produced before this Court alongwith the details of 2 RTGS transactions dated 17.07.2024 amounting to Rs.50,000/- each.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 30.04.2024 and was granted the concession of bail.

In view of the above, impugned order dated 11.01.2001 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned JMIC, Samana against the petitioner stands quashed with the directions that the petitioner shall continue to associate in the trial proceedings.
