This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, for punishing the respondent for disobeying the order dated 03.05.2023 passed in RSA-301-2017.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 03.05.2023 passed in RSA-301-2017 has been complied with as speaking order has already been passed by the competent authority. Copy of compliance report by way of affidavit of Anand Kumar Sharma, Administrator, Faridabad to that effect, has been produced by the counsel for the respondent in the Court today. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan and tag it at an appropriate place. Counsel for the petitioner has not even disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.

However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left unredressed, he would be at liberty to raise the same in any other alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
