This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 59 dated 08.04.2017 under sections 457, 380 IPC at Police Station Bhargo camp, district Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Narain Gaur, who is present in court, submits that pursuant to order dated September 26, 2017, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated September 26, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
