Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Ramesh Kumar, submits that cancellation report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been submitted in this case on 02.01.2015. The complainant/petitioner appeared before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhajjar on 02.01.2015 and has sought time to file a protest petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous. He wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the protest petition to be filed before the court of competent jurisdiction.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) February 2, 2015.
