ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel fairly points out, at the out-set, that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment, dated 03.05.2006, rendered by this court in RFA No.2501 of 2001 (Ved Pal and others versus State of Haryana and others) vide which, appeals preferred by the land owners were partly accepted. Whereas, the State appeals were dismissed. Thus, he submits that this appeal shall have to be dismissed in terms of the said decision.

Ordered accordingly.
