The petitioner has sold the above-mentioned land to respondent No.4- Karamjit Kaur, vide sale deed dated 20.11.2023. The petitioner approached the respondent No.3 for registration of the sale deed, however, the respondent-authorities refused to register the same without any cogent reason.
