RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.0083 dated 20.02.2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 452, 506 IPC at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the paperbook, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition, before the trial Court at appropriate stage (RAMENDRA JAIN) March 11, 2019 JUDGE R.S.
