(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and to arrest accused No.4 to 6, who are accused in FIR No.102, dated 30.06.2017 and are pressurizing the petitioner to compromise the matter.

Counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the expeditious disposal of the application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C for summoning additional accused.

Counsel for the private respondents submits that he has no objection to such prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
