On 09.07.2024 the following order was passed : " The present appeal pertains to the year 2019. Repeatedly, the case was being adjourned on request of the counsel for the appellants. On 06.05.2024 a request was made by counsel for the appellants for some time to place on record the compromise as it was stated that the parties had since compromised the matter. Today, again, a request for an adjournment has been made on the same ground. Though no ground is made out to further adjourn the matter, however, in the interest of justice, adjourned to 11.12.2024 subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- as costs to be deposited with the High Court Lawyers' Welfare Fund."

The case has been called twice since morning, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants nor the costs as imposed vide order dated 09.07.2024 have been deposited. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
