(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to submit the status report in case FIR No. 07 dated 03.01.2017 under Sections 363, 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Panipat Sadar, District Panipat.

Status report has been filed by way of an affidavit of Chander Mohan, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Panipat wherein it is submitted that the kidnapped girl was recovered on 03.01.2017. The Investigating Officer moved an application to the Medical Officer, Govt. Hospital, Panipat to get the medicolegal examination of the kidnapped girl done, however, the prosecutrix specifically denied that she does not want to get any medicolegal examination done. CRM-M-36028-2017 -2Cr.P.C. was also recorded wherein she specifically stated that she was major and she wanted to solemnize a marriage with Sunny son of Jeet Ram and she does not have any influence or any type of pressure. As per the report, a cancellation report has been submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate on 27.03.2018, on which date, the complainant was present. Since the matter has been investigated and the cancellation report has already been filed, issuing notice to the petitioner herein, no further orders are called for.

The petition stands disposed of.
