RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate direction to transfer the investigation in case FIR No.58 dated 31.01.2022, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Section 84 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Sadar Sonipat, District Sonipat. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and at the outset submits that investigation in this case already stands completed and the challan is also presented before the Court. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedy as available to her under the law.
