The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the FIR No.70 dated 14.09.2012 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala qua the present petitioner.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petitioner has been found innocent and is no more an accused in the present case. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, no further directions are required and the present petition is accordingly disposed off.
