**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) After arguing the case at considerable length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press this petition on merits, at this stage. He restricts his prayer only to the extent that a direction may be issued to the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra-respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 12.9.2015 (Annexure P-9), moved by the petitioner, within a reasonable time.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra-respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide his representation dated 12.9.2015 (Annexure P-9) and decide the AMIT KUMAR 2015.10.19 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
