Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 29.10.2021, Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.2, under Section 47-A (3) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (for short "the Act"), for recovery of amount of Rs.1,15,625/-, from the petitioner and subsequent proceedings initiated by the respondent-authorities.

On the previous date, State counsel was called upon to check the official record and assist the Court 3.
By referring to the interim orders passed by respondent No.2, State counsel submits that the proceedings took place in the presence of PARDEEP NAUTIYAL 2024.05.06 12:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
