AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Petitioner has sought indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.1 to suspend/take away charge of DEO Ambala because of pending FIR No.361 dated 29.07.2018 under Sections 406, 420, 467 P.S.Baldev Nagar, Ambala City against her in irregular appointments in schools presently falling under the Supervision and control of respondent no.6 in compliance of Rule 5(1)(b) of Hrayana Civil Service (Punishment & Appeals) Rules 2016.

The present writ petition does not lie and in such circumstances, remedy is under different provisions of law. In view of above, writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law, if any cause of action survives.
