Mr. Arun Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner has appeared and submits that he would have no objection in case the legal aid counsel continues to assist this Court. Legal Aid counsel shall be entitled for fees as per rules. Learned Legal Aid counsel for the petitioner submits that on 29.08.2021, a cancellation report was filed and she further submits that they have right to file a protest petition against that. At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that a cancellation report has been filed and the remedy available to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the trial Court against the cancellation, if so advised.

Given above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of with liberty reserve to the petitioner to file a protest petition and it is clarified that in case, such protest petition is filed, then the RITTU 2022.07.26 10:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
