RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Suman Devi, Om Parkash, Ayush and Jatin Verma in case FIR No.0641 dated 07.08.2017 registered under Sections 323, 452, 427, 147, 149 and 34 at Police Station City Sirsa.

On instructions from ASI Shamsher Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 26.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
